What is the earliest/latest i can bring in my pet?
If you are dropping off your pet you can bring them in as early as 7am. If you need to see or talk to a doctor you must come in at 9am. We take our last appointment at 5:30pm and close at 6pm.
Do I have to have an appointment?
We prefer appointments so we can schedule our day but we do accept walk ins.
What do I do if I need you after hours or on holidays?
If you have an emergency you will need to call Bradley-Mcminn emergency clinic - 423-336-2822. If it is not an emergency you may leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we take everything except American Express.
How much is an office visit?
The exam fee is $28.00.
How much is an annual exam with vaccinations?
Canine annual exams are $59.00, which include examination, dhlpp vaccine, rabies vaccine, and intestinal parasite exam.
Feline annual exams are $67.00, which include examination, felv vaccine, fvrcp vaccine, rabies vaccine, and intestinal parasite exam.
Can I make payments?
No, we take checks, credit cards, and care credit.
How old must my pet be in order to be spayed / neutered?
Pets must be at least 4 months old to have these procedures done.
How long is a dog/cat pregnancy?
Pets average gestational period is 63 days.
When does my pet need vaccinations?
Pets should have an initial series of vaccines starting at 6 weeks of age and continue every 3 weeks until they are 16 weeks old. Pets then need a dhlpp vaccine and rabies vaccine once a year.
